Restoring Your Progress on Android
To save and restore your game progress using Google Play, please follow these steps:

Install the Google Play Games app.

Launch Google Play Games and select your Google account.

Make sure you enter the correct Google account details.

Open the game and go to Settings → Account.

If the “Connect” button is visible, your Google Play account is not connected.
Tap “Connect” to link your account. -
When the game asks to connect to Google Play, do not decline or close the connection window.

After connecting Google Play, complete the tutorial if prompted, then fully restart the game to ensure your progress is properly restored.
Please note:

We do not store your game progress and cannot restore it manually.

The game does not support multiple accounts or switching between accounts.

Progress can be saved and restored only when playing with a connected Google Play account.

If your progress does not restore after connecting Google Play, it means the progress was previously saved only on your device and has been permanently lost.

Restaurar tu progreso en Android
Instala la aplicación Google Play Juegos.
Abre Google Play Juegos y selecciona tu cuenta de Google.
Asegúrate de introducir los datos correctos de la cuenta de Google.
Abre el juego y ve a Configuración → Cuenta.
Si el botón “Conectar” es visible, significa que tu cuenta de Google Play no está conectada.
Pulsa “Conectar” para vincular tu cuenta.
Cuando el juego te pida conectarte a Google Play, no rechaces ni cierres la ventana de conexión.
Después de conectar Google Play, completa el tutorial si se te solicita y luego reinicia completamente el juego para asegurarte de que tu progreso se restaure correctamente.
Ten en cuenta:

No almacenamos tu progreso del juego y no podemos restaurarlo manualmente.

El juego no es compatible con múltiples cuentas ni con el cambio entre cuentas.

El progreso solo puede guardarse y restaurarse cuando juegas con una cuenta de Google Play conectada.
